DNA stands for “Daytime-Nighttime Appliance” and is an innovative orthodontic treatment system that is worn as an appliance only during evening and nighttime hours. Because it’s removable, a DNA appliance does not interfere with eating, and the teeth can be cleaned with a regular toothbrush and dental floss.
